The practice/clinician must have all updates to their Clinician Validation Table completed. Only clinicians that have been reported to Alpha II will be submitted to CMS

Practice/clinician completes attestations

Practice/clinicians are emailed general attestations, and attestations for Promoting Interoperability and Improvement Activities

Nov. 25, 2023

 

Last day to submit EHR connection information to Alpha II

For existing practices/clinicians where Alpha II extracts the data from the EHR

Last day to register

This is the last day to complete registration with Alpha II for the 2023 performance year
